Clutter Planning Consultation

The Mack Master will travel to your home or office to evaluate your current situation. This is typically a 30-60 minute process of walking through the space to get a full understanding of what is working well and which areas tend to create problems.

Master Plan

The Mack Master will create a plan for your space needs and help determine systems that will increase efficiency in your home or office.

NOTE: Jobs located beyond a 30-mile radius from the organizer's home office in Birmingham, Alabama, will be subject to an extra travel fee, encompassing mileage, gas, time, and airline travel if required.

How to Maximize Your Experience

While it's recommended, not mandatory, for you to be present throughout all organizing phases, it allows us to impart our systems and processes directly. We collaborate with you during the entire process, sharing our knowledge and skills to empower you to sustain the developed systems. If time, ability, or inclination is a concern, consider joining our monthly Tidy-Up Clutter Maintenance Membership so our staff can maintain it for you.

How long does it take to complete an organizing session?

The process is customized as per each client’s set of needs and requirements; the time duration for each may vary. With the detail of items that need to be organized, size of the space, and the time the client can spare for details and confirmation.

What should I do with my pets during my consultation and sessions?

The Mack Master requests you secure a space, or a room, where you can leave your pets worry-free during each session in efforts to minimize distractions and maximize productivity.

Can I reschedule a booked session?

If you cannot keep your scheduled session, don’t fret. We understand that life is busy and things happen. As a courtesy to you, we offer a one-time session rescheduling when notified at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may conveniently reschedule via text at 866-800-MACK or via email at info@themackmaster.com. Failure to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours, No Show, or tardiness to your session will result in a $79 inconvenience fee.

Does The Mack Master offer refunds?

Gift cards and unused prepaid sessions can be transferred.

Due to the personalized nature of organizing, coaching, and consulting, all payments are non-refundable.

Should I purchase any organizing products beforehand?

No, The Mack Master will assess the project area, suggest needed items, as well as determine what items can be repurposed.

Although 1 hour of complimentary product shopping is provided with each session; organizing products and additional product shopping hours are separate expenses and are not included in the session costs, unless otherwise noted.
